I went to book signing of Giada De Laurentiis on October 17, 2008 in Las Vegas, NV. She was signing books in the Sur La Table store in the Miracle Mile at the Planet Hollywood Hotel. This was just part of the enormous line to see Giada.
They had a place that you could stand in the store if you were not getting an autographed book and just take some pictures.
It worked out great. I thought that I would be there for hours and ended up being there 15 minutes!
